The wifi was fast and consistent. Its very well insulated and has underfloor heating, so we were always cozy. Our dog loved the neighbourhood and there were lots of nice places to walk him near by. Our host was lovely, she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and made us feel very welcome. Immaculately presented with 4 ensuite rooms leading on to individual terraces and a lawned garden. A cooked breakfast prepared for each of us based on our choices; plus a lovely selection of cereals, fresh fruit, breads, cold meats - perfect! We have visited Lemmer many times over the years and are happy to find many of the same restaurants and bars still going (especially after Covid). It is a vibrant, friendly town, based around the Ijsselmeer and canals, many boats of all shapes and sizes. We didn't swim in the Ijsselmeer (it was May, and bear in mind it used to be part of the North Sea!)
