Wonderful staff in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The location is superb. The hotel itself is a fascinating building- architecturally unique; it’s full of interesting artifacts and pictures which the very knowledgeable staff are only too happy to describe/explain. Dinner was wonderful - three courses was absolutely more than enough! Breakfast was equally good. We were only there for one night but wished we were there longer

The hotel manager and her staff were attentive, helpful, good listeners, and happy. We enjoyed all interactions with the staff. The breakfast was a feast. Beautiful and delicious. Canadian hotels could really learn something about breakfasts that are included with the room. The location was superb. Right in the heart of town. They do need to re-think the front entrance. I think it needs to be more accessible for the physically handicapped. Overall, a great hotel!
