The staff when we checked in were so lovely, it was a very busy time but we were still looked after great. The room was SO clean, everything in the room was as advertised. Room was serviced daily to a perfect state, very thankful to the staff for looking after us. Plenty of information about Taupo is available in the reception and room. Location was perfect, great views of the lake and surrounding areas. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants, parking was available at the property. Pool and spa area was central to the property so easy to find and use.

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport.

We were checked in by the owners and given some milk for a welcome coffee. Great sized room with a little kitchenette. A nice, somewhat-private outside space with chairs and a table. Jacuzzi spa and a big, modern bathroom. Comfy king sized bed. Amazing location for a great price - especially over NYE!!

the duplex was beautiful nice and clean good location next to the lake very peaceful only 5 mins drive to the centre the reception lady was wonderful so friendly and very helpful make us so welcome we had wonderful stay, will definitely come back very highly recommend this place👍🏻😍
