The location and view from the kitchen is amazing. Easy check in. The 4 bed-room was comfortable even with a babycot for 2 adults, a child and a baby. There was enough space in the kitchen and fridge to store our things.

Awesome location. Very well maintained. One of the best hostels I have stayed in. The highlight for me is The deck for night view of Mt Cook is incredible.

Stunning views all around. Private access to the lake - perfect for sundowners. Dorm bed was surprisingly comfy. Toilets and showers were spotless. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning location with breathtaking views of Aoraki/Mt Cook. The Hermitage Hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-run, with friendly staff and solid dining options. A perfect base for exploring the national park. Would definitely stay again.
