Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. But because we loved the hotel, the location, the staff and the price/quality we booked again at the last night of our vacation. Booked the suite this time and it was perfect! Visiting Muscat was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I really enjoy fishing, and the fishing spots there are absolutely incredible. The diving locations, like the famous cave dive, are simply out of this world. You'll find beautiful beaches with plenty of white sands and sparkling blue sea, perfect for relaxing. The food scene is fantastic, ranging from fine dining to casual eateries, and even local restaurants, all clean and very enjoyable. While the nightlife might not be as lively as in some other places, there are plenty of local spots where you can enjoy a fun evening with the residents. PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. We were interested in buying premium Omani‐frankincense from a Alluban Al Fakher store which was a short cab ride from the hotel. Their products are positioned as a high-quality, 100% natural resin harvested in Oman. It comes in a range of grades (e.g. Premium, Royal) and sizes (for example, 130g or 250g packs). The scent is rich and long-lasting with an “oriental” or traditional Omani aroma, suited for incense, gatherings, and for creating a serene, elegant atmosphere. 1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
