Well located hotel on a long way crossing Europe. The 24/7 reception works well and accepts guests even in the middle of the night. The parking place is camera observed. This small 3☆ hotel is an amazing little gem of a hotel! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. If we ever drive through Poland again we will definitely stay there. The room was just perfect. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The restaurant in the hotel was a real surprise! I did not expect to get splendid italian food in a small polish border town yet we did! An excellent classic spagetti alla carbonara and my husband's pizza - he said the best he has eaten! But the biggest surprise was the breakfast! I have stayed in 4☆ and 5☆ during my career but Velvet Hotel outshone many of them. Pls note: The photos included are NOT outside but the hotel breakfast which was excellent!

It is a modern, new building in the city center of Goldap. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfest leaves no whishes open, it is excellent. The parking is in front of the hotel. Nice, calm place to come again.

Good place, good location, easy to find and there was free parking space. There are kids playground in a yard. A big plus for familys :) Apartament was realy clean and was everything we needed.
