very clean hotel at a very good price, including breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel, 10 minutes walk to the historic center, very attentive friendly staff, has elevator and good internet, if you don't .The hotel has a swimming pool outside, a great view of Silves Castle and the historic district, from the 2nd floor you can see the river and the storks and their nests

Great room overlooking the gorge. Spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. VERY comfortable bed. Large room and large luxurious bathroom. Mini-bar fridge in cupboard and good hanging space. Lots of on-site free parking (but it was out of season). Breakfast was included and it was simple but perfectly OK.

Great location, nice and clean rooms, quiet place, nice pool, good breakfast, very kind and helpful staff - gave us a good recommendations about tours and activities (eg. surfing). A lot of restaurants around, food store (Lidl) is in walking distance.

This boutique hotel was the best we stayed at during our time along the Algarve! Silves is a cute medieval city with cultural charm and Silves History Guest House is located perfectly in its center, the flower garden bordering on the outer walls of the castle-a dream!
