The size of the room, the place was cozy and the climate was really nice... the person was ok...the room was clean...really nice place and highly recommended ans value for money.. also close to bus stop (2min walking distance).

Amazing little house equipped with everything you may need or think of !! You can prepare your meal using local spices , get a fresh drink or a beer from the fridge, or play one of many board games that are available for the guests.
No mosquito at that altitude so you can enjoy mornings and evenings on the terrace outside , appreciating the views.
Great starting point for the walks to see all Cirque de Mafate !
We loved the place that is located in the middle of plantations and honestly could stay there at least 2-3 days !

See my summary; you need a rental car to get around from here! Bookin.com should make this very clear. There were few or no eating spots and I didn't find any fun activities in the area as a solo traveler. If it were not for the kindness and hospitality of the hosts in addition to the comfortability of the apartment, I would recommend you think carefully about selecting the area for a stay. The area otherwise is peaceful and serene! Also negotiate a price with the taxi drivers from the airport before using them. Costs can range from 75 to 130 euros. I had to pay the latter!!! The lesson, get a rental car at the airport!
