The location is great, the view in our balcony was superb! Indeed, the carpet is old, the bathroom is basic, but we had hot water & heating. Before you guys, give little stars to this hotel, think that the other 4 stars hotels are much more expensive. The area itself is expensive.

Absolutely everything! If I had to choose an order I would start with the lake view, followed by the terrace, the spotless cleaning, extremely comfy beds, the simplicity of every single detail, the gigantic bathroom, all the kitchen facilities and the list may be endless.
