The hotel is above 3 stars level, actually it's 4 stars level! The rooms were new or renovated, very nice! The breakfast was very good and rich, the spa center of the hotel was superb but you could use also the spa center of Ensana (former Danubius) Hotel if you used the underground tunnel. All in all it was a perfect stay in a perfect location, for sure we will come again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ensana Health Spa Hotel in Sovata. I came here with my wife for a few days of relaxation, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The spa facilities are excellent – from the saltwater pools to the Cleopatra bath and the hydrotherapy options. We tried several wellness treatments, and the staff were professional and kind. The environment is peaceful and clean, and everything is very well organized, from the massages and therapeutic baths to specialized treatments like electrotherapy and mud wraps. The wellness menu offers a wide variety, and we especially appreciated the clear multilingual signage and helpful staff. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway focused on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We will definitely return!

The hotel has a wide, free and supervised parking lot. The staff is one of the best we've ever met, since we forgot an airpod back in our room, the staff was immediately available to send it back via post shipping. Also the breakfast was amazing, wide range of fruits and tasty food. The location is very convenient. Overall, we had a great time and we hope to come back soon!

    The room was nice, the bed very comfortable. It's got a great view on the front side (as it's at the top of a hill) and a quiet area on the back side. All rooms have a balcony with a table, 2 chairs and a clothes drying rack. Nice room design. It's great for families with children, as there is a relaxing zone and a spa. There are 2 parking lots: one in front (for about 10-12 cars ) and one at the back (for 4-5 cars).

It’s compact, walkable, and brimming with history, making it perfect for a short getaway or a cultural deep dive. Favourite Places Clock Tower (Turnul cu Ceas): The panoramic view from the top is breathtaking, especially at sunset. Inside, the History Museum adds depth to the experience.     Its a beautiful city in the heart of Transylvania which has a rich history and cultural background, with architecture that reflects this. Its situated on both sides of the Mures river and as such is predisposed to thick fog, and high degree of moisture. The city revolves around its medical university and facilities. The traffic is a complete chaos the first time you get there with narrow streets and difficult rush hours.

    Sovata was above my expectations! We loved the touristic area nearby the lakes. Also the food is delicious at Kali Restaurant! A friend recommended us this restaurant and we ended being a huge fan, eating each day there.

    We booked for 2 kids and 2 adults.

    We booked for 2 kids and 2 adults. The room is spacious with 2 toilets, one with the bath. Has a king sized bed and a sofa bed wich they opened for us and it was enough for another 2 person. The room had a majestic feel with high sealing and settings. Everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.

    We had lunch at Tiltott Csiki Söröző & Étterem @ Szászrégen / Reghin, that was our best gastronomy experience during our trip to Transylvania. However, there are very rural and abandoned parts of Reghin, you might avoid. We stayed there because it seemed a good place to stop during our way back to Hungary. Our accomodation Pensiunea Blanca was the best choice, mostly recommended.

    Is nice place, nice people, good food, Hotel Praid is in the center of Praid, the breakfast is very good, the staf is very friendly, the rooms are very clean.The restaurant Andrei and Denis is very good food and the staf is very friendly. I recommend this place!

    Danes is a nice, quiet village.

    Danes is a nice, quiet village. For us it was excellent because we wanted to discover the fortified evangelical churches in the area (there's one in Danes too, but we found it closed and didn't had the chance to search for whoever has the key - there's nothing special, that's how it is most of the times). Overall I can't say Danes is amazing - the whole area is and would deserve more tourists.

    We went to SIghisoara to visit the Citadel and the old town...

    We went to SIghisoara to visit the Citadel and the old town and one day 2 nights was enough as we had visited Viscri, where King Charles has the house. Also Biertan and Medias and Biertan Fortified Churches on the way from Poiana Brasov. Also visited the Orthodox Church which is ver interesting.

    The food was excellent.

    The food was excellent. The people were welcoming even though they didn't seem to get many English tourists. There were some old buildings to see and many restaurants to go to which were well priced. I also enjoyed the meal of the day idea, which meant you got to try a selection of local food.

    Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black Lake and the Bear Lake is salted, warm and wonderful, the terrace Boema is very nice with live music and the people ar dancing on the dance floor, good food, a lot of souvenirs shops with hand crafts, very kind people. I recomand Sovata like a very beautiful destination for vacation!
