I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They always try their best to make us feel comfortable and help to answer all of our questions. The management team is very responsive. They even helped to recommend tour agencies and drivers when we were planning our itineraries. The resort is helping women to get quality job. The resort is very close to the headquarter of Volcanoes National Park, just a 20 minutes drive, so we get to prepare our activities in the Park with ease. The kitchen of the hotel is pretty nice too, as a vegan, they provide me a lot of options.

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly - above and beyond. The room is simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe. The location is really central if you like to explore the bustling town. We walked to 2 excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. They accommodated us with an early breakfast when we were trekking and a packed lunch for purchase. Amazing samosas. Especially at a town where it can be rainy it is important for me to have a hostel where I could hang around the whole day. And this is basically what I did at Masha's. All the people working there are so nice, the gallery is really interesting at it's just a really relaxed vibe.
