Most amazing opening hours for the pool (until 10pm... this is fabulous!) Staff was very helpful, breakfast was amazing free refill of juice and coffee and very very friendly staff in restaurant. Staff at reception was very friendly and helped us with Transports, Laundry and everything we needed. You can refill water for free at reception, Minibar prices are good. Of course since there is a lot of "Jungle" near the JungleClub you should bring some Mosquito repellent ;-). Also it was offered freely at Dining in the restaurant which is a great idea. To mention is also you have free transport down the hill where it is then easy to get a grab etc. and also most drivers will drive you up the hill anyways... My initial stay was for 6 nights but I so enjoyed it I decided to extend it for another 4 days. Even though they were full they went the extra mile to organize me a room for the extra days. All the staff were amazing and the room was always cleaned without being noticed, The breakfast was great with a wide choice. The pool area was great with many loungers and Very Friendly staff helping with drinks or anything you required. And as they say LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Near the Best part of Chaweng Beach and walking distance to everything. The planes going over actually adds to the holiday vibe and was never an issue. And never heard the ARK BAR. I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Stayed on the beach and didn't venture in to the town of Chaweng, or the high street, didn't need to. A mix of resorts and hotels on the beach, from 5* to 3*, all offering great locations, food and friendly service. Some were child friendly, and very shallow waters safe for kids or non swimmers. I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back.
