The house was stunning with fantastic view, dream place to be honest! Beds was comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms was large and aircondition was very efficient. The fridge was already stocked with butter, egg, bread, vine, soda and water that you could buy each day, which they refilled. Lots of menus in the house that delivered fairly quickly for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so one didn’t have to go anywhere if you didn’t want to. Lounge areas in our house was so amazing and we sat there every night and just enjoyed the place and the view. Pool was great size too for us 4 and excellent wifi. It’s possible to snorkle in the sea, as there is three sun decks, if you walk down the steep roads and stairs - good work out as our house was one of the top ones (C2 - but can really recommend this house!!). People working there was also so amazing and kind, we felt like home! Last, but not least, the driver we had was so nice! We got several tips to what to do and he made every drive we went on just an lovely experience - amazing guy and a awesome driver (which that place needs as it’s steep roads). Yes the toilet and shower are only covered by glass but was fine for us as a couple. We had the deluxe room which was lovely and were lucky enough to have one with a gorgeous view. If you don’t pay for the grand access pools there are two lovely pools to sit around. breakfast was good and a large variety and food from the restaurant was very nice! yes a little pricier than you could get in the town but worth the money. it was my partners birthday while we were there which we didn’t mention but must’ve taken notice of when we handed in our passports and they left banners on the bed and a cake when they cleaned our room that day! All of the staff really did go above and beyond for a perfect stay. The hotel is up a hill but they offer a free shuttle service at certain times and out of those times you can call the hotel and they will send a golf buggy down to the bottom to pick you up in around 5 minutes for 50 baht which takes a couple of minutes to get to the hotel.Guest review byJackUnited Kingdom

Very friendly staff and a delicious restaurant. Perfect location if you want to stay on Sairee beach, which is the most popular beach on Koh Tao. All the reviews complaining about noise is most likely addressing the slight buzz at the pool area during the evening. The beach is cleaned every day so it is very nice. Running showers outside make it easy to go from ocean to pools which were very nice as well. The room was in good condition. Koh Tao is still one of the few raw escapes in Thailand in my opinion, its divers and back packers heaven. However as a father with 2 kids in my forties i absolutely loved it. If you step away from the busy areas and off the beaten track you can find amazing coves and hiden gems still. The tourism all over the world has killed so much of our wildlife and reefs.
