Once we stayed in this villa, we found that they are not necessarily true. This place is much better than we expected. Villas are well organized, and so are the pool and private beach. Breakfast was okay for us. The staff was also kind to us. Front desk staff fluently speaks English. A staff waits for us at the Pier, and he kindly brought our carry bags to the hotel. (They also carry our stuff to the Pier, after they check out.) The location is perfect for us, as I wanted to stay at a quiet place. It is a bit far from the town centre, and it is very quiet at night. (It takes only 10 min to walk to the town centre, so we enjoyed having food and going shopping there too.) We were very happy with this place. If we have another opportunity to stay in Phi Phi Island, we want to stay here again!Guest review byHashimotoJapan

The food in the restaurants taste very good either for lunch or diner. The breakfast is splendid (thai and international food). Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet.
Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet. It's over commercialized, and touristy. The resorts are overpriced for their services and amenities. However we loved Long Beach. It was a beautiful beach. If you like tea, I recommend you bring it from home. It's very hard to find good black tea in Thailand. When I stepped off the ferry, I was in absolutely awe, and immediately fell in love. It's a beautiful, small island, still packed with bars, restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night and I think 2 nights would have been enough. I did the phi phi viewpoint hike, which was killer, especially in the heat. It did get crowded for sunset, so grab your pictures before the crowd arrives. You can walk everywhere, no transport on the island as not needed. I ate at the pirate bar/restaurant, great beach view seating. I also ate at a little cafe near my accommodation, but can't remember the name......Guest review byLacyAustralia
