They keep the place beautiful, all the gardens, so just walking around there is relaxing! Also they clean every day and give you fresh towels. Great pool with view to the sea and the best part is that parts of the sea are almost private! It has a reef, so its great for snorkeling, we even found an anemony (with nemo) ;) Dive center 5 minutes walk and several food options. We mostly ate at the hotel, they even did a special dinner for us, but around there is also pizza and several Thai places. There are few walks that you can arrange or you can move by boat. They advice you depending on what you want. We highly recommend to rent a long tail boat and go to Phi Phi Leh one day. Everything around is stunning. We were around 10 days and with snorkeling, diving, hiking and relaxing we were not bored at all! We were pleased to have the same fabulous views of the water, comfortable beds, spacious room and deck to relax on while enjoying the quiet and the views. We'd also like to add that the staff is amazing. On our last day my husband left his wallet in the safe. One of the staff found it and rushed it out via long boat to the ferry just minutes before we were taking off. We are so grateful. Thank you. The staff met us at the ferry dock and accompanied us to the resort. We had a super early boat tour but the staff prepared a phenomenal boxed breakfast for us when we returned. We were concerned about Monkeys but we never saw one. We were concerned about it being a long walk to the main town but it was very walkable in about 10 to 15 minutes. Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet. It's over commercialized, and touristy. The resorts are overpriced for their services and amenities. However we loved Long Beach. It was a beautiful beach. If you like tea, I recommend you bring it from home. It's very hard to find good black tea in Thailand. When I stepped off the ferry, I was in absolutely awe, and immediately fell in love. It's a beautiful, small island, still packed with bars, restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night and I think 2 nights would have been enough. I did the phi phi viewpoint hike, which was killer, especially in the heat. It did get crowded for sunset, so grab your pictures before the crowd arrives. You can walk everywhere, no transport on the island as not needed. I ate at the pirate bar/restaurant, great beach view seating. I also ate at a little cafe near my accommodation, but can't remember the name......Guest review byLacyAustralia
