Everything from begining to the end was amazing specially the custimer service wich was in very high level along with very nice smile on every staff face felt like at home. By the way everything i experienced is the same for all customers. Rooms very nice and clean Reception made my life very easy specially when having a baby whatever i ask they immedoatelydo it with pleasure. Food was really top tasty Big thx to every staff in this hotel appreciate their work. Mr Bassem in the reception is so professional and welcoming and easylife maker. Recommend this hotel and will definately come back again and again.

Everything was beautiful and nice. It was our wedding and we could have a shooting at the hotel and all the hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and full of variety, pool is amazing, beach is amazing restaurant bar is so good, The room was so clean and has a balcony very quiet and big. AC is perfect. We loved it so much we added one more night even though we had to go to another city after. Thank you so much and definitely see you next time :)

The owners were friendly and able to accommodate an early check in and late departure when our flight time was changed. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom whilst still retaining local charm. The bed was comfortable and shower powerful. The owner made us coffee and cake when we went back in the evening to sit and play cards. The breakfast was amazing - more food than we could eat and again made extra coffee when we asked. If you come to Herbal, and you should, then definitely stay here.
