All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering to help (especially the boss). Assisted me to reach the Assos area by car. Great authentic meal with great view. Decent pricing. Best location for those who want to just relax in a quiet atmosphere. Hope to visit someday again for an another memory.

Great hotel and friendly welcome by the staff. We had a free upgrade to a duplex family suite in another nearby hotel, Kartal Yuvasi, on the hill with great view on the sea. Great breakfast.I strongly reccomend!

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Sazlı, Assos Kayalar Terrace is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

The drive up the location was really nice and serene, and since we were going up, the view was spectacular. Kinda wish we go the bigger room that faced the ocean. By the time we checked in, it was dinner time and we were dreaded he thought of driving back down to look for food. The hotel staff, despite not able to speak English, took the initiate to communicate through an online translator and offered to cook dinner Dinner was of the freshest fish and each of us had a fish all to ourselves. Come breakfast, it was aplenty too! Despite the water heater taking a long time to come on, we were grateful that the stay had hot water esp as it was really cold outside. Which also brings me to their effort to have a radiator that gave us such a good nice sleep. We also want to highlight again how amazing the staff was to cater to our needs. We felt really taken care of and looked after. It was only a night stay for us, but if we were ever to come the town again, this will be our first pick!

This is very good value for money accommodation. The owner Christos is very kind and helpful. He stored our bags until giving us an early check in which was much appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and spoke very good English. The unit was well equipped roomy and clean. We enjoyed the 10 min walk to the beach, town centre and open air cinema as preferred the tranquility of our garden terrace outside the busy centre. Totally recommend.
