We went there in the February half term. The hotel was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent. The staff were very friendly, particularly Huseiyn in the lobby and both Mehmets in the restaurant. Our son loved the Can ski school and had lessons from Ozan. He was really friendly and a good teacher. Merve did a great job of teaching my wife to ski too. We would definitely stay there again and would love to have lessons from them again.

It was excellent. Customer service is really great. All staff was really friendly and they always make you feel comfortable. They answered all of our questions in the app really quickly. The staff received us with some drinks, Turkish coffee and tee. They also make tee and water available in your room. The breakfast is really good. It is turkish style and you have a lot of options to eat. The hotel room and the hotel are very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that needs a place to stay in Bolu.
