Everything, from the moment I booked on booking com, the owner kept in touch and suggested how to reach, even though I came late. He talked to the Bodaboda guy to get me to his apartment.
He changed the room with a bigger one without extra money!

One of the most beautiful place in Uganda!
The room was clean a the view from terrace is amazing. Wycliffe can arrange transport from the city or some activities.
The food is also very good and all staff are very nice.
Highly recommend place to visit, offering peaceful retreat.

Beautiful location - and fun being chauffeured by boat to the lodge! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the chef was excellent - probably the best meals that we have had in Uganda.

Me and my wife had a really nice stay at Makanka Hill Suites. A new and posh house in a quiet place. Spaceous and clean rooms with refreshments. We were served nice breakfast. They also organized a day trip for us to the amazing lake bunyonyi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and some great days.
