The staff was very professional and friendly. My laptop charger broke so I asked the young man at the front desk if he had a spare charger and he gave me his personal charger to use for the evening. That was the kindest thing he could do! I was very impressed that he would go that far to make sure I had what I needed.

Awesome awesome place in Panguitch. Beautifully done up. Everything is done very tastefully. Room has kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge. There is also oatmeal and popcorn in case you feel hungry.     When we go to Brian head,we always stay this hotel. There is very quiet and we love outside fire to make smore!! we love swing & inside fire place& alot of table &chairs at dinnig area. There are many board game,too. so every time we go, we enjoyed family game time!! inside room, it's very clean& l like kitchen area. we bring instant pot or electric pan to cook. This time They got outside jacuzzi!! (we should brought swim suits) my husband enjoyed it after skiing!!

    The breakfast was very good and we saw humming birds outside. The host was very nice and we got great recommendations and conversations. The view from our room was amazing. The room was big, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Also the porch with the bench was great and we had good talks with our neighbors.     Zion Ponderosa Ranch resort is just outside the Zion national park, which makes the national park very accessible. I wish we stayed longer at the resort. The resort has a nice cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some fun activities for kids. Stargazing trail at the resort was the most beautiful experience in our trip.

    We spent one full day at Bryce.

    We spent one full day at Bryce. We saw the most spectacular night sky with milky way visible to naked eyes. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. We did the Navajo and queens garden loop which was around 3 miles and covered most of the canyon. Views from Inspiration point and Bryce point are the best. Sunrise at Bryce point was amazing.

    We hiked The Wave and beautiful Kanab was the perfect place to stay as it was less than an hours drive to the trailhead. Kanab is a small town with the amenities you could possibly need. Really enjoyed our visit there.

    Location is at the outskirts of the small town of Springdale...

    Location is at the outskirts of the small town of Springdale, which is a tourist town just outside the south entrance of Zion National Park. Springdale can get really busy and congested, so it was really nice to be on the end of the main drag. It is well within walking distance to the park and all the restaurants (Pizza & Noodle; Oskars; Bit & Spur; Brew Pub) and cool gallery/shopping spots (Worthington Gallery) in town. You also have the free in town shuttle that stops in several places throughout the town and takes you to the pedestrian entrance of the park. There is a shuttle stop at the hotel, which is ultra convenient.

    Nice little town. Could use a few more places to eat. A lot of motels to stay in and only 22 miles from Bryce Canyon. The people in the community are very nice. Panguitch lake is nice sized and beautiful.

    There is not much in Hatch - we drove about 10-15 miles to...

    There is not much in Hatch - we drove about 10-15 miles to Panguitch to Joe's Market for groceries. We did not have any meals in Hatch at whatever restaurants were there. Panguitch had several restaurants where we ate and enjoyed.

    We have been visiting Cedar City for the past 8 years while our kids were attending Southern Utah University. We love the city and surrounding areas. There is so much to do, but in a small town. Views are beyond beautiful, and all the people are so kind. We will continue to visit, and possibly retire there.

    Tropic was a cute little town just 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. There are many small cabin hotels which I like better than the big hotels and some great restaurants. We enjoyed Showdowns right in town, Stone Hearth Grill, more fine dining and Sky Nova Cafe, Bar & Grill at Clear Sky Resorts in Cannonville.

    Beautiful lodge. View is stunning. Nice rooms - but very firm beds . Good restaurant, but expensive. Bar made really good drinks. Drive is challenging to those not used to mountain driving. Drive was beautiful though! Aspens were in full fall display!! Stunning! I would consider staying again.

    We enjoyed our time at Cowboy Country Inn because management was well organized and super efficient. The wifi and Direct TV were exceptional. Escalante has a Catholic church with a Sunday 5 pm Mass. Don't miss Escalante Outfitters - great pizza, exceptional coffee!

    Cannonville is in the Grand Staircase/Escalante National...

    Cannonville is in the Grand Staircase/Escalante National Monument, so there is beautiful scenery surrounding it and the nearby towns, including Bryce Canyon National Park, Kodachrome Basin State Park, and Grosvenor Arch. What's nice about Cannonville is that it's in a quiet little valley, so is less exposed to the coldest weather and the winds that buffet the higher, more exposed towns in the area. It's on Scenic Route 12, so any direction you travel has gorgeous scenery! A day trip up to Capitol Reef is a little over two hours' drive away, and there are breath-taking landscapes and views all along the way. Loved it!
