Getting around Hixson is very easy, as far as road accessibility, but the GPS seems to go off just a little bit every now and again. But the re-routing was not bad and it was easy to get back on the right track. Quality Inn is a HUGE disappointment! We were charged twice for the rooms. Paid Booking.com AND paid Quality Inn for the same rooms. They CHEATED us and I will NEVER book like this again. We were only in the city for 3 days, and feel like we barely scratched the surface. There are many ventures that we are looking to explore on our next trip. Don't feel like we were there long enough to really see any negatives there. The kids (ages 4 and 7) absolutely loved the Creative Discovery Museum, and all of their fun activities. It was good for a weekend getaway. We did have a few complaints for small issues. When we got checked-in we had requested bedding for the pull out sofa and never got any. Then when we went to unpack we noticed a dark dirt spot on the fitted sheet. Room service was still on the floor across the hall and we asked if they could change the sheets while we went out. The stains where still there when we came back and the only thing we got was a flat sheet sat on the sofa when we got back. Then when we took the kids to the pool there where no pool towels.
