Our stay in this hotel was great. The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful at all times. The bed / the mattress was very comforable, the room was spacious. Breakfast choices were good. The facilities are fabulous! The beds are big and just so comfortable. Lovely pools with loads of sunbeds. There's a great snack bar with a good choice of food and drinks, housed within a handy shop where you can buy essentials. The location is perfect, just off the 192 with some fast food outlets within safe walking distance. Fantastic entertainment each evening in the Star Bar varying between DJ, live performers and karaoke. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff in all areas.

Great rooms, full kitchen and living room, enough space around the dining room table for the entire family. The pool is fabulous. Michael Driscoll, director of guest services, is a star. He stored our sons dialysis supplies in his office until we got here and arranged for it all to be brought up to the room. He took excellent care of us. We have stayed on a number of occasions now and look forward to our next visit 😀

Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Multiple things to do for kids, teens and adults at the resort. We did not have to leave the resort unless we wanted to. When we did leave the resort, many places were roughly 5-15min drive. (Walmart, target, dollar tree, multiple clothing stores and restaurants) Very Convenient!

We were in Americana building 6. Loved that it was a short walk outside to the pool area with the lazy river. Resort was easy to navigate. Never had to wait long for a bus to the parks. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

There is much more to Orlando than just the tourist parks.

There is much more to Orlando than just the tourist parks. Hire a car and explore other areas. Local transportation is good for getting around if you don't have a car. (The I-ride trolley or Lynx buses) You can dine out like you are visiting each countries specialities. Paying for goods etc is becoming contact less. Good to have a travel card or an account to use out of the UK, with no charges.

Make sure you eat at Boston Lobster Feast on 192 , sign up for email and get $10 off buffet. Go to Al Capone dinner show, and definitely go to Medieval Times Dinner Theater. All of them are worth the money.

Orlando is a great place to visit and it has a little bit for everyone. If you love amusement parks, great eats, cultural event, great weather, and drivable distance to beaches this is the place to visit. Whether you are here on business or decide you want to indulge in some shopping, Orlando has you covered. The night life in Orlando is great, and it has a niche for everyone. Whether you decide to take it easy and relax by campfire or you decide to dance the night away to many different cultural rhythms Orlando has you covered. Some notes to consider. Traffic in Orlando is insane, specially if you are planning to come around holidays or during busy times in the year. Although to be honest, it feels like Orlando crowds are always high. Prepare for tolls. Make sure you educate yourself regarding the many toll passes that Orlando has. During the summer it is hot, humid and wet. It rains a lot so if you are planning to go to the parks or do outside activities dress appropriately. Be patient, like I said Orlando is busy and has a lot of people in it, but make sure to immerse yourself in the culture and the things that Orlando has to offer. Get outside the Disney or Universal bubble and go out there and explore.

The location of our rental property was centrally located (...

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

Love the theme parks and Disney springs. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Shopping is very plentiful also. The weather in October is perfect . Was never over 85 when we went . First time I have went this time of year.

Personally, I am very easy to please, and Kissimmee was exactly what my family needed. The attractions are conveniently located. Aquatica water park was only a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld was just in between. The Old Town House is adorable and caters to all types of people. My family truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.
