The property was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are fantastic. My family stayed for a week and it was a great location to come back after visiting the Disney Parks. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a theme park shuttle that operates daily. Once, the shuttle did not show and the hotel reimbursed us the cost of an Uber. The water parks are clean and a good way to relax and unwind. There is also an amusement lounge and mini golf on site. The gym is a bit better than basic and contains a mixture of machines and free weights. You can choose a room option with kitchenette, washer and dryer. Starbucks is available from the shop near the lobby.

pool area is very good ,rooms are a good size, plenty of parking early park admission saving plenty of time queuing Excellent transport to the universal parks with very good staff at the bus stops especially a Christopher Hicks who offered great advice regarding the parks /shows etc

Everything at the hotel was amazing, great value , the breakfast was really good . Staff were so helpful. Room was spotless every day when we got back. Kids loved the water park . Couldn't fault anything at all, will be back 🥰

Room with a View, large room , Spotless , Tv shows all stations . Bathroom extra large , 2 sinks , walk in shower, all toiletries included. Lots activities to do in hotel and at pool will full list available.

Beautiful location right on the beach! The rooms were decorated nicely and our balcony overlooking the main pool had nice outdoor furniture.

The room was very nice, the pool and beach were spectacular and the hotel shops, bars and restaurants were wonderful.
