You have an amazing team of front desk staff. They were helpful and served with kindness. When I informed one of the front desk staff that I didn't have the right charger for the American socket, she gave me one for free, which was such a beautiful act of kindness. Thank you. My room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Clean environment and strategically located for buses (195 & 196) and train station. As well as a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. We love visiting Helen - the food, the shopping, their events in the Festhalle. Our favorite restaurants, so far, are Bodensee and Cowboys & Angels. We've visited Helen 4 times and have yet to get into Hofer Bakery & Cafe but we've only heard wonderful things and have SEEN their amazing bakery items. If you need groceries or forgotten some favorite snack, I would highly recommend Betty's Country Store. They have a meat department, deli, fresh produce, bakery, specialty food items, wine, and gifts plus they have the largest German beer selection in GA. I like the hotel because of the location it was close to a Walmart it was close to the restaurant Pappadeaux's which I like very much everything was convenient gas station was right next door to fill up it was a short trip but it still was satisfactory but still need some improvements especially with the breakfast menu in the morning at the hotel.I was in Room 217 and you can see from the photos there needs to be some repair made over the shower in the bathroom and also alongside that doorway on long side of the tub.I would like someone from the hotel Corporate Office who sees this review to give me a call to discuss and further detailGuest review byAnonymous - 8.0
