The location of the hotel near the beautiful beach and the nice outside pool, heated, with sea water were a definite plus. The suites are comfortable and pleasant, opening on the pool and overlooking partially the ocean. A wonderful place especially if you have children, on the quiet side of Old Orchard Beach.

The location was PERFECT. The room was cosy, plenty of room, had all the creature comforts, the bed was so comfortable! We woke up to watch the sunrise on the beach, it was great!
