United StatesI rented the basic cabin . It was furnished with linens and included a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable .
I only came here to get my dog away from fireworks on New Years. They had a band playing in the park which the singer was quite good . This was unexpected and a nice plus making the evening feel more like a holiday for me .

There was no breakfast. At check-in she wanted to charge more than what I had booked. She ended up giving me the room for the booked price. I think this facility is in the process of being improved, and it needs it. The bathroom was clean and the furniture was clean. The carpet was not clean. The AC fan on low was too much. I hope they can upgrade things a bit, even having matching furnishings and a more comfortable bed would give a better impression. There is a need for nice rooms for overnight in the area.

Folkston is a great lil town, nice restaurants, CSX Rail Watcher April 1st, fun at Folkston Funnel station. Okefenokee Swamp Refuge Boat Tours, awesome.
Not much on accommodations, Relax Inn was unbelievably horrible. Hoping the RV, campground at entrance of Refuge has more Yurts, etc. in 2024 April. Whistlin' Dixie Cafe has the best fresh sandwiches & ice cream!!
