The kids loved this & so did I. My father had worked for the Boston & Maine Railroad, so I thought this sounded like a neat idea. There were full size beds for the adults & bunks for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere. It was clean & there was TV, small fridge, Microwave & coffee maker in room. We found some nice items in the gift shop. We had dinner & breakfast at the Restaurant. Restaurant was a dining car with tables. Food & service was great. Everyone was friendly & nice. They have a petting zoo with horses, llama, pig & goat. It is Omish country so there was horse drawn carriages. There was a book in the room showing things in the area & there also was pamphlets in the gift shop. Was on our way home from visiting with family & the kids had to get back for school. I wouldn't mind going back & staying longer to do things in the area. I took lots of pictures. Even got up to take picture at sunrise. Beautiful area.

I recently stayed at Glasbern, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, attending to every need with a smile. The hotel's gardens are stunningly beautiful, providing a serene and picturesque environment. Both the breakfast and the restaurant were outstanding, offering delicious and well-prepared meals. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The villa was in Depuy village, a 4 minute drive from reception but ideal for relaxation and quiet time if you do not have small children who need the pool
