We couldn't stay, sadly.
We couldn't stay, sadly. We were there just one night, during which my sister developed a shocking cold, so she wasn't up to the walk we had planned the next morning and we moved on. However, in a year or so we plan to make up for this and stay a few days. We thought the town looked lovely and the scenery around was fabulous. There are so many interesting trails waymarked we were sad not to do any this time.Guest review byAngelaUnited Kingdom - 2.0

The room was very outdated old furniture then they accused me of a hole in the wall which we checked in and went to sleep and woke up and left they charged me 250$ and said they had pictures but wouldn’t send them to me! STAY AWAY they try to get every dollar they can and the area isn’t somewhere you want to stayGuest review byDanielUnited States - 10.0

Except for the most interstate traffic and noise…. It is charming and a great place to stay. Flagstaff is less than 20 miles away and was so overpriced because of NAU graduation. We loved our choice.Guest review bydannywahooUnited States - 10.0

Sedona is a beautiful town - lots of things to do, places to eat. Of course since it's a small town, sometimes the volume of visitors creates traffic and difficulty getting into dining of choice. You need a car. No ride options. If you plan to visit spend some time - I joined a FB page 6 mo ahead - to start to get a feel for what would fit our needs for a 4nt 3 1/2 day trip. It paid off because I had a basic itinerary for the days - trails planned, tours arranged, and restaurants reserved. If you are a whatever type, then that will work, too, just be prepared to adjust plans due to things not available. Bottom line, spend some time researching all there is in Sedona. We hiked (age 71 & 75) Soldier's Pass to the Cave, Faye Canyon, West Fork (afternoon), & Devil's Bridge (crowded). All were awesome - go early & be familiar with availability of parking. (AllTrails app is your friend) Th-S you may have to use shuttle if you don't get to trailhead early - like sunrise. We did Pink Jeep Combo tour - FUN. We ate at the Hudson, Javelina Cantina, Secret Garden, Mesa Grill, Coffee Pot Cafe & Sedonuts on our way out of town. We weren't impressed with Sedonuts but everything else was great.Guest review byKathrynUnited States - 10.0

Pristine ,well equipped and quaint historical lodge. Christmas lights at Train station was a beautiful view. Decor is eclectic and interesting. Perfect first floor room for my 95 year old Mother. We will be back. Great linens and plenty TP. No Tissues or Paper towels. Bring your own and a dish scrubber or cloth. Perfect place to stay when riding train.Guest review byCarroll AnnUnited States - 8.0

Best thing about Mund's Park is having cool summer mornings and nights in pleasant wooded neighborhood. Rental cost may be slightly lower than same quality/type of accommodation in Flagstaff or Sedona, but it's pricey enough! Must drive 17 miles or more to get to many attractions, a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, shops, etc. There are 2-3 restaurants available, a Saturday market, and 2 gas station convenient stores. Be ready to drive, or prepared to just kick back. Either option will make your stay successful.Guest review byAnne - 10.0

My wife has been wanting to visit Sedona for a couple years now. So glad we finally decided to visit. It is a beautiful area. We went in “off season” - summer. We are used to hot temperatures so the heat was really not a problem for us. Bonus, in off season it is really easy to get around the area in a car. I spoke to a Sedona resident who said in peak season it can take her over an hour just to drive her son to school. Uptown has so many shops to visit. We also enjoyed local restaurants and saw very few big national chain restaurants. One of our favorites was the ChocolaTree. All organic, fresh and unique dishes.Guest review byMarkUnited States - 10.0

Cottonwood is a small community but beautiful to say the least. I loved my short stay and will be back again for another very soon. I only stayed at the hotel and had dinner at the Italian Restaurant right inside the hotel and it was very nice.Guest review byLinda SmockUnited States
