Unfortunately I arrived the day after a typhoon trashed Quy Nhon. The reception was very busy. I was asked to wait half an hour as they had no power. Pessimistic, I thought I'll probably be waiting for hours. But it was only half an hour before they had power and I given the card to my room. A lovely room on the 19th floor with a great view. After 5 minutes, a knock on the door, and the lovely receptionist, Trang, was there with a plate of different fruit. A fine welcome. I was saddened to see the destruction the typhoon caused in Quy Nhon. The hotel had power, but not the rest of the city. Unfortunately the pool had to close, so I never got to see that. I was hugely impressed with the breakfast buffet. All the staff were super nice and helpful. Thank you Trang at reception. You are an angel! I was there for a week. I can 100% recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has a really nice shower and bath. Comfortable bed. The receptionist was very kind and helpful even though he didn't know English, we communicated very well through Google translate. We rented a motorbike at the hotel which was new and very good and used their laundry service. Would recommend.

Everything! The staff welcomed us with drinks and cold-scented face towels and took our luggage. The rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was very diversified and tasty. And the best of the best was the spa and massage experience, literally one of the best in my life. Also, the rooftop pool was incredible too.

Overall the stay was great, it was close to the beach. The room was spacious and if you kindly ask for a room with a window, they will arrange one for you. The staff is really kind and will make you feel at home. Highly recommend the stay.

I really liked it, the long beach of Quy Nhon is 5 minute by foot from the hotel, the center is not far, i rented a good scooter from the reception and the price was cheaper than usual, the breakfast was abundant and pretty good if you like vietnamese cuisine like me. The staff was nice and helpful even if only one of them speaks good english. The room looks fresh, new and very clean and there were nice bathrobes available too. I didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good and i saw a guy cleaning it. If i come back in Quy Nhon (and i'd love to) i would definitely book this hotel again.
