After we booked, we found it very easy to communicate several special requests to the hotel Guest Relations team. They always responded immediately, and they were able to meet and exceed every one of our requests. When we needed to modify some activities after we arrived, they were able to be flexible and provide some excellent modifications. Our primary contact was Ngụy Hà Anh Thư, the Front Office Manager. Ms. Thư gave us her full support from the moment we arrived. She had the knowledge and resources to assist us with some complications that could have ruined our trip, but the solutions that she provided solved every one of the concerns. She connected us with the right community resources to meet our needs. Communicating with her in English was smooth, and we really saw that she went above and beyond to help us from the bottom of her heart. We had a delightful stay in Da Nang at the Muong Thanh Grand Hotel in the Executive Suite and the Premier Double King rooms, and we enjoyed all 12 days of our visit. As we were getting settled, Ms. Thư worked with us personally to ensure that each of the rooms met our needs, and she even offered to exchange a room when we discovered a problem with the tub. Her manner was very friendly and effective, and our satisfaction jumped from 100% to 110% right away. When we needed to work in the room during the morning, housekeeping always responded to make up the room later in the day, which was one of the ways we felt genuinely cared for. The icing on the cake was a kind birthday celebration that they provided for us, with singing and a cake with candles. It was amazing! The hotel is conveniently located to ATM’s, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is close to the Cầu Rồng Dragon Bridge, so both sides of the river as well as the beach and a shopping mall are a short ride away by Grab car.Guest review byRichard FThailand

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 little ones under the age of 3, and the resort catered to all our needs effortlessly. The private villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning and incredibly spacious, allowing each of us to have our own little haven to retreat to after a day full of activities. Furthermore, with the beautiful beach just a few minutes away, we could easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever we wanted. There was no shortage of things to do at Furama Villa Resort. From water sports and beach activities to relaxing by the pool, our days were filled with excitement and fun. The staff were the epitome of perfection - always attentive, warm, and extremely helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast at the resort was a delightful culinary adventure, with a myriad of choices catering to different tastes and preferences. The convenience of using Grab (similar to Uber) to get around made exploring the local area a breeze, so we could easily experience everything the region had to offer. One small piece of advice for future guests: upon arrival, be sure to go to the villa entrance if you're staying in a villa, as we initially got a bit confused between the main hotel and villa entrances. Our first room had faced the beach and a partially constructed building, which wasn't a great view. However, upon request, the staff had shifted us to another room the following night once it was available. They also sent us some fruits to make up for the view. Also, on the first night, our toddler wasn't feeling well and had vomited in his cot. This was my first time to Da Nang and loved the city so much to see and do that I will be back to see more of it. The people were beautiful and so many beautiful places to visit - Lady Buddha - was just epic!!! (make sure to spend some time there the garden is amazing!!!) and it is free!!! Marble Mountain - is ok but can be very busy - dont buy anything there!!! Nice to see but a bit of a tourist trap!!! Ba Na Hill - this was amazing I still think about this place and how they did something special - get there early its worth it spent the whole day there from 8am till 4pm and totally loved it - golden bridge is just a small part of the place so many things to see and do... My Son Sanctuary - get there early to really experience it before the crowds arrive and they do!!! So many temples we went to that were just beautiful. FOOD - what can I say had so many beautiful dishes everywhere we went. 2 ladies kitchen - epic sandwiches pizza 4p - one of the best pizzas ever!!! Bep Hen - local cuisine that we returned the very next day for lunch it was so good!!! Kang Hoi - in Hoi An - nice bar Secert Garden - Hoi An - Beautiful place and amazing food. Make sure to visit Hoi An - you can drive there for the day or stay there for a couple of days worth it as it has so much history!!! Hoi An also very good for tailored items - Blue Eyed Tailors - ask for a lady called 'Tea' - she rocks!!! Da Nang traffic is crazy BUT it works!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Danang offers a massive beach, that is continuous but broken into different names. The food is awesome and being there for 5 months was great fun. Most people are nice and the beach is lovely. Great prices and convenient living. Be careful with the hotel you book and confirm in advance if you have a view and 100% confirm that as several place I have been say seaview and they are not. Also, check you do not have a wall view as they cheap places tend to have wall views making the rooms dark nd one place actually built a wall over my window while I was there for 3 days. There are good souvenirs around but you can get great deals at the local supermarkets for coffee, chocolate, little trinkets and snacks. Get Grab app before you arrive and link in payment. Taxis, take away and supermarkey delivereies are awesome. Don't be conned on mobile SIM cards. no more that 180000 VND for SIM and a months worth of data and calls. I went to a Viettel store and the guy there tried to sell me a card for about 400000 VND. The SIM is about 50000 from Vinaphone and then add some money for a package.Guest review byLouis
