Location is good, only 10 min walk from city center. Breakfast was very good, lots of food choices. Room is really big and spacious. The area around the bar and the pool is excellent and the prices of beer in the bar are reasonable.

The breakfast had a great selection. One of us is a vegetarian and there were good options. Nice fresh juices and an international selection of foods along with the wonderful wait staff made the mornings very pleasant. Also, the spa was fantastic. Definitely would recommend anyone that stays there to get a massage or any kind of body treatment. The therapists are wonderful. The location is great because you are close enough to bike or taxi over to Old Town without being in the center of all the noise, hustle and bustle. The hotel also has a shuttle to the beach which convenient. The staff were very kind, attentive and went over and above to make sure our needs were met. A big thank you to all the staff and a special thank you to Huddy who was a wonderful waiter. See you again!!! Sorry, I do not have any photos of the hotel but added a few from Old Town.

I had an incredible stay at this hostel! The staff were absolutely amazing - they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and warm throughout my entire stay. They were always there to assist and went above and beyond to introduce me to the best local places and provide fantastic recommendations for food and drinks. On check in we were offered a paid upgrade from our pool/river view room to the sense villa. For the extra cost per night we instantly said yes. Amazing room with private pool! Hotel is in a good location with some nice places to eat nearby. Liked to free mini bus into Hanoi town, there was an issue with the bus one day and the hotel paid for a taxi to take us into town. Made use of the free cycle hire as well to explore around the area. All the staff were friendly. Variety of choice for breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely go back hopefully next year.

Kevin and Lind were always available to assist me with anything I needed. I totally love how all the staff were upbeat and friendly. They have a fridge in the lobby if ever thirsty lounging by the pool. Massages are available with 30min notice a masseuse will show up in the lobby at the hotel with a dedicated room in hotel for massages at great rates. I liked my 10AM massages 😊. Beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect for me. Thank you team at Nostalgia

The vila is beautiful, it has all the required facilities. The service was great, the team offered massage, renewed the bottles of water and cleaned the swiming pool and the rooms everyday. They did everything so that we feel comfortable. The swimming pool was magnifisent special for the humid and hot whether of Hoi An.

I loved the tropical resort vibe and had a really relaxing, comfortable stay. The room was nice, and I especially enjoyed the balcony — it was perfect for just chilling out, reading a book, and recharging. The Old City was great to see, especially with all the...

The Old City was great to see, especially with all the lanterns lit. A Bang beach though a little dirty in parts due to volcanic ash, the water was clean and warm and it wasn’t packed like My Khe Beach. An Bang Beach hotel and streets were very quiet in contrast to the Old City.

If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

Hoi An is a charming historic town on the tourist route between Ho Chi Min City and Hanoi. It is well worth a few days visit to wander around the old streets, visit the interesting museums, browse the markets and shops and eat and drink your fill in the excellent cafes and restaurants. Get a made to measure dress or suit rustled up in no time at one of the many tailors in the town. There are plenty of other places to visit a short distance from Hoi An such as Ba Na Hills, the beach and Hue if you want to extend your stay. We stayed at La Charm hotel just outside the centre and enjoyed eating at the nearby Boi Com restaurant which offered quality dishes and cocktails at a good price.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

What a beautiful pretty pretty place! Loved everything, the markets, the villages, the night time atmosphere, releasing a lantern on the river at night, the bright colours and lights everywhere is very impressive. Best coffee was at Uncle Hunn Bistro, the salted coffee is very artistic with a picture of tree! Loved the Marble Mountains and Monkey Mountain, a definate must see! There are plenty of tailors next door to each other to choose from to get tailor made clothing in just 24 hours!

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
