A lovely sunset on the evening of our arrival, comfortable seats in which to share a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down. The two rooms for the family were opposite each other, spacious with most comfortable beds.

He light us a fire the first night, and provided us free fire wood for the duration of our stay.
Amazing place, close to all the local shops, restaurants and bars.

FranceAmazing location, very beautiful, and the host was ready to help with everything we might have needed, on top of being a very nice person. I cannot stress enough the fact that she was more than welcoming with my dog, going as far as leaving a small blanket for her in the garden so that she could rest when we were away.
It is always such a pain to find accomodation that allows pets, and this was just great through and through.
Also, breakfast was amazing. Loved the place, the decoration. Definitely my first choice when I manage to head back to Clarens in the future!

I noticed after a busy day in the town, that the next day the town was neat and clean. No litter lying around. The hiking trails in Clarens is well maintained - therefore we do not mind paying the fee for hiking there. Please take into consideration paying for the hiking trails via card. Bethlehem is a small town.
Bethlehem is a small town. It is not far from CLARENS and GOLDEN GATE. You can drive to these two places in less than an our. We spent the whole day in CLARENS and bought some few items.
