Everything was amazing. We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage and go to see the sights until check in time opens but we were greeted with nice welcoming complementary drinks, and our room was ready by 12 noon.In the room, everything was clean and fresh with more complementary snacks and fruits available on display to consume.the breakfast was amazing, lunch and dinner amazing and of quite the high standard.the view was awesome both from the room and the restaurant terrace as well as by the pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful but not at all annoying or in your face too much. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh change of linens. The whole team really goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. One of the best places we have been to as a couple in South Africa. They also provide guest dressing gowns, sleepers and heated towels.
