I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Burgundy Estate. The location is safe and serene, perfect for morning walks and a peaceful retreat. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with thoughtful little touches that made me feel at home—chocolates, rusks, cookies, and even fresh milk! Every detail shouted, "Welcome home!" Grobler is an excellent host, with great communication from start to finish. Elizabeth, the cleaner, is a gem—jovial and warm, and we had several great chats during my stay. The Bossa Burgundy bar and restaurant downstairs (independent from the accommodation) were a great addition, making it easy to grab a good meal or drink without going far. I really had a fantastic experience at the Budapest Boutique Hotel. I’d definitely stay here again!

We couldn't be more impressed with our experience. The host, Adam, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was not just a great guy but also a fantastic host, always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and the beach.     We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to the guests. The buffet breakfast was good and had a variety of dishes and catered for everyone. The Wave restaurant was wonderful and had a good vibe.

    Melkbostrand is a quite nice sea side village on the start/...

    Melkbostrand is a quite nice sea side village on the start/end of the wildflower route on the West coast. Very relaxed with very good restaurants and a small convenient mall. The only nu clear plant in SA is closed by and entrance to their wildlife park is for free. They also have a information centre explaining how nu clear power is created. Best place to take spectacular pictures of Table Mountain.

    The area is perfect for Family, or even just a quiet and relaxed time. The atmosphere is pleasant, the restaurants are just downstairs, the beach is a stone through away. The people is friendly, the view is amazing.. definitely one of the best parts of Cape Town.

    Beautiful little village feel. Lovely for a weekend break and the location is picturesque. Big tip: book online at the restaurants before you come. Most places only accept online bookings and they get full really quickly!!

    Melkbosstrand is a lovely, unpretentious old-fashioned seaside town with a long, firm beach along the Atlantic ocean. There are supermarkets, filling stations, restaurants and coffee bars for each taste and budget. Nearby is a championship golf course and sports centre with Padel and tennis courts. The West Coast offers many attractions and is delightfully open and wild, yet easily accessible from Cape Town and the International airport.
