What a beautiful little spot of heaven.
What a beautiful little spot of heaven. The water is turquoise and clear. So peaceful and just stunning everywhere. Everyone in the service industry here is just so friendly and lovely. I highly recommend going to eat at La Petit Maison and Die Strandloper, outstanding service and food!Guest review byDickson - 10.0
Great views of beaches and sea.
Great views of beaches and sea. Great location for seeing several really beautiful sites with abundance of colourful nature. Hardly anyone else at each great site we visited. NB be prepared to park off road and walk. Weather was great for walks.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The exceptional hospitality - friendly staff who did everything possible to make our stay as awesome as it was. Meeting so many of the staff some of whom are interns hoping for permanent employment. Their friendly - positivity mad us feel so welcome. This establishment is a must for everybody even more so South Africans. The restaurant was beautiful and the menu was exciting. They even delivered orders to our cottage just before the kitchen closed.Guest review byMichelleSouth Africa - 10.0

we parked the car on arrival and walked everywhere . it was so safe walking to the restaurants, shops and casino and personnel all over to guide us through Club Mykonos. I will recommend this place to every one in need of a breakaway.Guest review byLuzanneSouth Africa - 10.0

My favourite West Coast Town: clean, friendly people, beautiful beaches and homes and not too commercialised. It is a place where one can relax in a simple way yet have all the amenities and resources one needs.Guest review byJenniferSouth Africa - 2.0
Be careful what you are booking for.
Be careful what you are booking for. I booked a 'room' but ended up in a tent over a mile away from the Centre (shown on property's photo) along a sand track and across a main road. The tent had water but I was told it was not drinkable. There was no gas so I couldn't boil it. 'Breakfast included' but that was back at the Centre. When I complained I was told 'rooms are over zar 1000 at the Centre'Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Langebaan is a quaint seaside "village" with lots to offer in terms of restaurants/pubs and beaches. If you're into gambling, the Mykonos Casino is close by. We enjoyed a karaoke evening at one of the local pubs, De Watergat. The staff were not so friendly, but despite this we managed to have a good time! All amenities are close by for a cost effective self-catering holiday.Guest review byVanessaSouth Africa - 10.0

I recently visited Yzerfontein, and what a lovely surprise it turned out to be, The town has such a peaceful charm, and the locals were genuinely warm and welcoming. Strolling along the long, quiet beach or grabbing a coffee at a crazy cafe, there's a sense of calm and friendliness everywhere. A hidden gem by the sea - YzerfonteinGuest review bySmith - 10.0
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. It feels like home away from home. It's peaceful and tranquil and the most beautiful array of stars at night. Yzerfontein Farmstall and beach is only a stone throw away and we also had a quick pop in to Darling. Location is easy to find, and easy to get around from the restaurant to the Bush Lodge were we spent the night.Guest review byJanine J CronjeSouth Africa
