We really loved our stay at Vida Nova! From the very warm welcome by Cassie at the front desk, to the delicious breakfasts, everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful. The bed is so comfortable!! I particularly enjoyed working in the garden pods.

Heartwarming welcome from Portia and Cindy. We felt almost at home. This tells a lot as this is something that hardly happens when we are travelling. Everything was perfect, but Portia and Cindy raised the bar even higher.

The property itself is stunning! We loved the big beautiful gardens with tall trees, the playground, the swing and the pool. The setting is secluded and magical. The owners’ dogs were super friendly as well. All of the staff were amazing. The apartment was serviced daily, and any request we had was met quickly. They provided us with fire wood for an evening braai, as well as beach towels, cooler box and beach umbrella for a day out and about. Particularly thoughtful and handy was the box of kids toys left at the door of the apartment which our toddler busy for a while. The WiFi was good, beds comfortable, bedrooms spacious and living room/kitchen well equipped. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

The room was absolutely beautiful! It was very big with a huge bed and amazing facilities such as a fireplace. The location was stunning as it was right on the waterfront with a view of the bay. The breakfast was delicious and a very big portion. There was a bottle of wine in the room on arrival.

We booked Casa Alara to spend time with family that we don't get to see often because of our busy schedules, etc. The property had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The kids were happy because they could swim, play on the jungle gym, and play pool. Everyone had a wonderful time all around. The house had everything we needed from a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, nespresso machine, and blender. There is air-conditioning, there is a lovely big space for kids to play, and you really are getting value for money. We will definitely be back again. The host went above and beyond our expectations.
