There is nothing to complain about this property staff are friendly and the rooms very clean had the best stay for my 30th they decorated my room , let’s not even talk about the food it was so delicious all meals were fresh

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly also tailoring a meal to my vegan requirements. The surrounding area is beautiful, an elephant passed nearby in the morning and the nature walk provided by the lodge was excellent;
true to the name, there were several hippos around.

Everything. The staff were amazing, the location was exceptional. The facilities were comfortable and clean.

Boat Cruise and the Lake Parachute were excellent, Would have liked to see species like Lion, Leopard or such other species rather than the common Zebra, Water buck. elephants etc. Could you please consider putting a few of these in a zoo like place. We had a game drive but only saw their footmarks

We stayed for one night as we were catching the ferry across Kariba. Kariba is part of a reserve and as such, all animals are free to traverse all properties. We loved this connection with the wildlife.
