The food was made to order and very good. Staff very friendly and attentive. The coffee, Garlic Tea and Ginger tea very good. Chena, the owner, sorry if I misspelled her name is so personable, she baked a chocolate cake for my birthday and made it Vegan so one of my daughters could eat it. It was yummy!

The Tut family were amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. They scheduled amazing tours for our family that my teenagers really loved, especially the ATM cave tour. The rooms were great, the food was delicious, and we felt very at ease. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved everything about the place. Location on a rainforest preserve is fabulous, lots of trails to hike and things to see. Staff is as well trained as any Ritz Carleton. Food was incredible, with much of it grown locally on the nearby farm. We enjoyed the spa, the pool and the peace and quiet.

This is a very special place. Mike the owner says it has a special energy. For us it was a place of peace and harmony with nature. The sunrise over the river, go for a swim, in the morning mist with the sounds of the jungle - unbelievable! In the afternoon the howler monkeys roam the treetops over the small complex. Everything is laid out very sustainably and the fabulous cook spoiled us with local food and a breakfast of our choice. We'll be back - Mike, big hug! Very nice and charming hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Both bar and restaurant are very good. The bed was really comfortable, which is important to me. The location is awesome, really strategic for trips to Xunantunich, Caracol, and the Green Hills Butterfly Reserve, all of which I would highly recommend visiting while there. The Green Iguana Conservation Project is right on site, likewise highly recommended.
