The cottage was amazing and so were the pools and play structures for the kids. The cottage had all the essentials for cooking and a BBQ. Yes we needed to bring a kitchen sponge and our bedding but it is after all a cottage at a camp ground. The mattresses were thin but that's to be expected and it wasn't awful, sleeping was fine.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. The concierge took my car to the auto shop to have it fixed and had it back to the hotel within 40 minutes. I was so impressed at how kind and helpful everyone is. The facilities are lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a superior room and it was quite spacious. I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to anyone. Great location - conveniently near the QEW, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet is literally across the road.

It was fun for the kids the staff in the water area were excellent, my daughter was scared of heights and the water slides and they were so friendly understanding and encouraging! She did end up doing all the slides but there patient's with her was so great!!
