The place is truly surreal, the premises are very big (beach, pool, garden, 5 restaurants) - it’s like a little city inside a city :) I loved the suite with the private pool access and the all inclusive concept. You don’t need more than that! Staff is absolutely fantastic, super friendly and polite and they offer top service. No request was too big for them - their answer to every request we had was yes which made our holiday much more enjoyable. Special thanks goes to Taha from the Reception Desk who checked us in and out, for his warm welcome and for looking after us until the very last moment, and to Mohamed from the Pool Bar, what a legend he is! He constantly passed by to make sure we were ok and we don’t need anything else!! Both of them are truly outstanding employees and the hotel should be proud of counting with people like both of them and the entire team. Thank you - I will see you soon! Ana

The Makadi Spa is truly a beautiful hotel, the architecture and interior is thought through with pleasant color choices and a mix of wood and stone. Coming in to the hotel area is like entering an oasis of calmness. It is beautifully located right at its private beach with beautiful snorkeling. The pool area is great and has plenty of space with attentive staff serving you everything from ice coffee, beer or a drink. They also have several options for dinner with each restaurant differing from the other. As a guest at Makadi spa you also have the option to dine or enjoy any of the other 3 hotels within this area, which is great since it gives you more lunch options, and it is always so nice to stroll back to the hotels calm and beautiful setting after being outside of it. Overall we are very pleased with our stay, the room was great and spacious, we had a JS with sea view. We were also able to get a later checkout for a fee which was much appreciated. We were very impressed by the beautiful corals right in front, where we also saw turtles and many different kinds of reef fish. Truly beautiful place, we will definitely come back.

We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!

    This resort is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. Everything is well maintained and clean. We absolutely loved being here and not having to worry about anything for 4 days other than which bikini to wear to the beach. The all-inclusive experience is wonderful. The food was delicious and the chefs delivered every time. This will be my go to resort if I want to “reset” and relax. The staff was exceptional making sure we were okay and always willing to help.

    We had a great time as a family with 2 kids , grandparents from both sides, the reception by Mr Hamada Khalifa was exceptional, we had accessible rooms as requested, the food was amazing with all day round different options, the drinks were 24/7. Activities were un abundance for all ages, and the animation team was great entertainers for all. I can not commend enough the staff for their attentive and professional approach, ensuring all needs are met. Highly recommended family resort.

    The resort has everything you need - pool, bars, private beach area, lots of outdoor lounges and seats, restaurants, day activities and night time entertainment. The all inclusive food was amazing. A great spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. I had a full bag of laundry done and Amir had my clothes looking better than when I bought them.

    The resort is amazing.Its 100/10 . The all inclusive service is great . They gave us a very big room with bathtube and big space , like a little apartament. We made an early check in and late check out without extra charge , this because of the great manager Mr.Hanna . He was very helpful and assisted us for everything .Each guest who meet him should be lucky and the owner should be lucky to have him part of his staff .

The whole atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is keen on doing their best so that everyone feels relaxed and looked after.     All inclusive saved us a lot of time and money and the variety of food offers was generally good. The resort staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The beach resort area is fantastic for snorkeling and everything you need including towels, lunch and drinks are there for you.
