All the staff were very friendly and kind. I received excellent care from the butlers. Many services and reservations can be made through the hotel app. One of the best parts of this hotel is the complimentary hydrotherapy.

We loved everything about the Viceroy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. We want to thank Samantha and Oscar for the warm welcome and help during our stay. The property was very clean and everything looked even more stunning in real life compared to the pictures. The architecture is beyond compared. The food was great, too. We had dinner at Awacate and Cielomar and ate at the pool. We loved everything about our stay and would come back any time.

I couldn’t believe our stay! From checking in to checking out the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing! I will definitely be booking again.

Great location, great value, kids had a great time. They really loved the kids waterslides. Also, the bubble machine was really amazing. The food and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and smiles always on their face.
