Como Accommodation provides self-contained cottages featuring spacious lounge areas with a fireplace and heating, a well-equipped kitchen and a terrace. It offers a free limousine pickup service the fireplaces are only used in the cooler months of the year. and welcome chocolates. Massage services are available. The cottage itself was really cozy and welcoming , it was warm and comfortable, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was amazing, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, yet still close enough to everything we needed. We also really appreciated the breakfast options available , they were delicious and added a special touch to our mornings. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, despite the small issue at check-in, we truly enjoyed our time here. With such a charming atmosphere and great amenities, we would definitely consider coming back!

This place was super clean, and modern (looked almost brand new, you could not tell the room had been stayed in before). The gym is a great addition and provides all of the basic gym needs. The pool and sauna / steam rooms provide a luxury spa type vibe. All round amazing hotel and facilities (plus great location close to the Southern Cross station).

Absolute luxury and just what we needed after a 14-hour flight. Spacious room with full ensuite including a bath and fluffy bathrobes. After a European trip involving 21 hotel stays, I can honestly say that this hotel had the most comfortable beds of the trip! Huge TV too!

Can't fault anything on this property. Luxury room, shower/bathroom, very comfy bed. Large TV and good sized room. The breakfast was 10/10, not a buffet but you get to choose from a menu a la carte style.

So new, modern and luxurious! Absolutely loved our stay at the Ritz , it’s deffs the best hotel in Melbourne! The hospitality feels like you’re overseas.. it was refreshing to actually feel the luxury for what you pay for! We will be going again for sure!
