Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. We loved our stay at Alpen Resort & Spa! Thanks for the upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn! We really enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool and all the other spa facilities as well. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants in Zermatt. Accommodating staff. Afternoon cake and tea. We could use the spa during our last day as well which was very convenient as our train back was leaving in the evening.

We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

We had a ground-floor apartment so the children could use the snowy spot in front of the terrace at any time. Everyone is very nice from the receptionists to the cleaners, quick responses on chat. We were really very satisfied.

The Christiania Mountain & Spa is located next to Zermatt's underground funicular to the Sunnegga Ski Area, from where you can reach all the ski resorts in the area. Feels luxurious. Service from staff was excellent. Kiri and her colleagues were so helpful in guiding us to the hotel and to our room, despite it being so late in the night as we arrived late due to train cancellations and delays. Breakfast selection was good. View of the Matterhorn from the big room balcony was amazing. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week stay in Switzerland.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Our stay was fantastic! The design in the entire hotel is both cozy, local and modern and accurate. I liked especially the design of the minibar in the room. the spa was excellent and the best part was the team who were always willing to help. The Yoga and meditation classes were spot on! With accommodations to different levels. The Bazaar was great, the dishes and flavors took me back to my childhood, thank you for this experience. The team is very welcoming and professional

Exceeded our expectations. The location was calm and so close to the train station. Our suite had a balcony, it was very spacios and had complimentary coffee, tea, water and all toiletteries needed. With full access to swimming pool and spa. The buffet style breakfast was delicious
