Staff was incredible in general, everybody was so helpful and cheerful -Josh and Clea were great!-. Location was great, walking distance to the town and the beaches. Room was very comfortable and isolated, feels like your own summer house. Breakfast was fresh and good with so many options. I didnt have a car but saw that parking was also very easy. Pool was also fine but might have been a bit bigger. Great experience in general!

There is no need for green fees or tee time - you play golf at your own pace when and as you like. We had a lovely stay at La Reserva Rotana. The history and beauty of the old farmhouse property is preserved, but we felt comfortable in our room and enjoyed the pool and lovely breakfast patio and restaurant. Wish we had time to enjoy the golf course as well! The entire staff was friendly, and had plenty of tips for the stay.

The hotel is part of a resort made up of two hotels that share 7 swimming pools (one of them indoor), 10 restaurants and bars and activities. Offers live music, shows and activities for all ages. It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.

In short, fascinating and strongly recommended.

A bicycle rental service and water sports facilities are offered at the apartment. The apartment is immaculate, Maria is lovely and the location is perfect. We will definitely return

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were super friendly and made our kids feel right at home. The play area and kids' pool were a big hit, and the family-friendly food options were perfect. Highly recommend for a stress-free family getaway!

Very friendly staff ( Karina ) at reception and excellent rooms. Spacious, very clean, and a lovely balcony! We received water in our mini fridge and parking was also available. Karina took care of us in the best way and helped us with every question we had. She is the best!

Food was also good with many different choices. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is also a small gym.
