"Lekker gezellig" fits perfectly for this dive resort. The staff always takes the time for a friendly conversation and is super helpful. Greis and Inka really made a difference to our stay. Everything we need is arranged very quickly. The pickup from the airport was very well organized. We have enjoyed the food, both indonesian and Manadonese dishes, it is very fulfilling and accommodating to our preferences and needs. Breakfast is a pleasant surprise every morning and always comes with bread, fresh fruits and local coffee. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We really like the terrace with the view, too. The pool is awesome for relaxing and bird watching. Additionally, the owner appears to be very involved and genuinely cares about the guests' happiness. We love the jungle vibe of the resort, very peaceful, with many birds and other beautiful creatures around. The jetty through the mangrove really adds to the experience, a perfect location to do mindblowing dives.  I would recommend lekker gezellig to anyone who enjoys the jungle experience and is looking for warm North-Sulawesi hospitality.

Wawowow localiza-se em Tomohon, a 33 km de Porto de Manado, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. Wawowow is a very special place. But it’s not for everyone. If you want to be away from city sounds and pollution, way out in the peace of the countryside among farms and mountain views — and if you are a person who enjoys the ruggedness of tent or A-frame cabin camping, then you will love Wawowow. Alvin has built this off-the-grid retreat himself, adding to it each year. He and his staff are caring and helpful. The well laid out grounds are covered in lawns and most if not all tents and cabins have small brick firepits. Alvin can provide the firewood for them. When I was there a number of people sat around these campfires at night singing and playing guitars. No sound amplification is allowed. Some people chose to stay on the grounds for several days. I used it as a jumping off place each morning to tour different parts of the Tomohon area each day., returning each evening.

Solitude Lembeh Resort apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um salão partilhado e terraço em Girian. Direct waterfront resort with an amazing garden. Lovely friendly staff. Everything shows that the manager is German. Comfortable diving boat, experienced driver. We spent 6 days there and saw wonders under the water. Perfect place for rest, relaxation and diving!

K2 Lembeh Dive Resort apresenta um jardim, terraço, um restaurante e bar em Bitung. Apresentando serviço de quartos, este alojamento também dispõe de comodidades para churrascos. We had an excellent 7 night stay at K2 Lembeh. The owner and the staff are outstanding. Sharon, the owner, communicated in a timely manner, answering all questions before we arrived, and then helping with arrangements during our stay via WhatsApp. Irra, who is in charge of the house and restaurant staff, was efficient and conscientious and very kind. She took care of all the details and even arranged for me to accompany her on a shopping trip to a huge market in Bitung on a day I was not able to dive. It is one of my trip highlights. Man, who is in charge of overall operations, and the dive experience, could not have been any more helpful. From arranging the details of our transportation, to taking me, after hours, into Bitung to see a doctor for an ear infection (he made the appointment, guided me to it, and stayed with me to help me figure out what was needed), to directing our dives, he always went above and beyond. You can tell that he takes pride in the operation and is very conscientious about making each guest’s stay a good experience. Fiki, our dive guide, was one of the best I have had. He was excellent at finding all those cool Lembeh Strait critters, and I also always felt very safe diving with him as he was always aware of us in the water, and was encouraging and thoughtful to me, a still slightly uncomfortable diver. The food was delicious—lots of local dishes, lots of vegetables and fresh fish. It is served as a buffet in an open area with a stunning view down the hill and to the Strait. There are a lot of steep stairs up to the dining area, but we did not mind them. The guests shared a table for meals which I really liked, as we met so many interesting travelers. The cabins are spacious, with a deck and a fine view, AC that works well, and your own carboy of water, with both hot and cold-water options.

Panorama Cottage tem um jardim, área de praia privada, um terraço e restaurante em Bunaken. Os funcionários no local podem providenciar transfers do aeroporto. We really enjoyed our stay at Panorama ! Everything was perfect 🤩 the view on the sea from the bungalow’s is breathtaking (perfect for the sunsets), the hammocks are great to chill while enjoying the view. Staff is super friendly, thank you Liz, Olivia and all the others 🤗, we really felt like home. Food was amazing (vegetarian or not), we really loved it ! Our advice go on all the snorkelling tours you can with Jo, and don’t hesitate to try diving with Sven, it was an amazing experience for a first !

Pulisan Resort encontra-se em Rinondoran, a 5 minutos a pé de Praia de Paal, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito e um restaurante. Where do I start ……it’s family owned, it’s fabulous location , kind and friendly staff , fresh and delicious food , beautifully built traditional wooden accommodation, transfers to and from the airport were impeccable, on time and safe, and lastly on the edge of a jungle but fantastic Wi-Fi reception.

Nomad Divers Bangka apresenta um jardim, área de praia privada, um salão partilhado e terraço em Manado. Marijn the owner was incredibly attentive. The food was outstanding. The boat crew were friendly and generous with the time allowed for snorkelling trips. The nature walks were informative. The bungalows were well fitted out and comfortable. The location is serene.

Localizado em Manado, a 16 km do Porto de Manado, o Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort and Spa dispõe de uma piscina exterior e de um centro de spa. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar do bar no local. Had a few mishaps with flights and did not think we would actually make it to Bunaken. From the moment you arrive you are in paradise. The staff are what make this resort 5 stars. We have stayed at many luxury resorts and dive resorts around the world and Bunaken Oasis is our top 3. Service, staff, food, diving, room, the pool was all amazing. We stayed 3 nights and wish we stayed longer. Room has a Nespresso machine, water filter in room, beds are huge and comfy! We opted for full board which is a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner. So much food and the food is actually good, big portions and you can order whatever and have as much as your stomach allows. Dive boats, dive guide and dive gear are top notch. We saw heaps of turtles and highly recommend Buanken for diving. Little extras like watching the sunset in the pool and staff bringing out beverages without us even having to ask. Such a romantic and magical resort and highly recommend. The surprise at the end of your stay is so special and very thankful to have stayed at this resort.

Thalassa Dive & Wellbeing Resort boasts 1 outdoor pools in the shade of jungle gardens, a restaurant as well as a lounge & cafe. I cant remember the last time I stayed at a hotel/resort and everyone knew my name, it was most endearing. Loved that the staff took the trouble to remember us all and always conversed with the warmest smile, really did leave the resort as a friend :) The room was clean, nice and surrounded by green! I also really enjoyed how guests were seated together for meals, made some wonderful friends and had really interesting conversations about diving and everything else with people from all over the world.

Siladen Resort & Spa is an eco-friendly beachfront resort with an outdoor pool, a private beach area and a restaurant overlooking the ocean. Este hotel tem 4 estrelas mas a meu ver equivale a 5 estrelas. Fica em frente à praia e relativamente isolado da povoação da pequenina ilha onde se localiza. Os bangalows são espaçosos, muito limpos e muito confortáveis. A casa de banho num pátio interno, além de bonita, dá um toque muito exótico ao quarto. Entre os bangalows e as áreas comuns do hotel existem jardins muito bonitos e bem cuidados. As refeições são muitas vezes servidas na praia debaixo de umas árvores enormes que proporcionam sombra, ficando de frente para um dos pores-do -sol mais belos que já vi. As refeições são variadas e de muita qualidade . Ao longo de todo o dia podemo-nos servir gratuitamente de chá, café, fruta e bolachas caseiras. O hotel tem excelentes infra-estruturas para o mergulho e o mergulho aqui é simplesmente magnífico!!Os jardins de coral são lindos e eu nunca vi tantas tartarugas marinhas como as que encontrei aqui. Também utilizamos o spa e fizemos uma massagem de 90 min que foi genial! Por um preço muito bom. Acho que pagaria o triplo ou mais pela mesma massagem, se tivesse sido feita na Europa…Mas o melhor de tudo consiste na forma em como o pessoal do hotel nos faz sentir bem-vindos. Descobriram que um de nós fazia anos e fizeram um bolo de aniversário, decoraram a nossa mesa de jantar com flores e velas e quando chegámos ao quarto tínhamos um espectacular arranjo de toalhas e flores. Fizeram-nos sentir muito especiais. No dia em que chegámos ao hotel tivemos uma agradável surpresa: os gerentes do hotel, naquele local longínquo são um casal de portugueses!! A Ana, com quem tivemos mais contacto, é uma anfitriã que nos recebeu calorosamente no seu hotel. Apercebi-me que o sucesso deste hotel em muito se deve à sua dedicação e ao amor que entrega ao seu trabalho. Muito obrigado Ana e marido, pelo vosso excelente trabalho, pela fabulosa estadia que tivemos no vosso hotel.
