Beautiful little resort on a tropical island. Food was simple but well prepared, mainly fish. I have to say - the fish dishes were some of the best I ate ever. Nice snorkeling straight off the beach. The staff are nice and helpful, especially the dive master Is and the lady that cooks the food. This is a tropical island in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect western style luxuries, The diving is reasonably priced and good quality. Perfect for a few days "off the grid". BTW... the wifi was pretty good.

Where the highlights are a range of amazing reefs, the volcano and a great place to dive. I chose to do my open water certification here and I really enjoyed the attention to detail and top quality teaching from Patrick, who also supplied some high quality photos (for a fair price) at the end. Since everything else was booked out I was happy to land at this new resort. The food from the chefs was incredible. Managers were very hospitable and helpful with organisation. Made the stay worth it!

Sun moon was a fabulous location not far from Bitung and right on the beach. The accommodation and communal spaces were of exceptional standard as was every meal. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming also great to spend time chatting with. Can’t recommend sunmoon enough and look forward to returning one day.,

Ubicato a Bunaken, a 13 km da Porto di Manado, Lekker Gezellig Dive Resort Manado propone una piscina all'aperto, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e una terrazza. Il nostro soggiorno in questo resort è stato un'esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ed è circondato dalla natura, lontano dal rumore e dal caos di Manado. La cucina è semplice e tradizionale e sicuramente i piatti sono realizzati con ingredienti freschi. Il personale è sempre disponibile e sorridente. Inizialmente il wi fi non funzionava ma il problema è stato subito risolto. È un posto perfetto per chi cerca un rifugio di tranquillità in mezzo alla natura e un'autentica esperienza locale… quello che ricordi alla fine del viaggio sono anche le persone che ti hanno accolto con un sorriso, che ti hanno chiamato per nome e ti hanno fatto sentire speciale.

If you want to be away from city sounds and pollution, way out in the peace of the countryside among farms and mountain views — and if you are a person who enjoys the ruggedness of tent or A-frame cabin camping, then you will love Wawowow. Alvin has built this off-the-grid retreat himself, adding to it each year. He and his staff are caring and helpful. The well laid out grounds are covered in lawns and most if not all tents and cabins have small brick firepits. Alvin can provide the firewood for them. When I was there a number of people sat around these campfires at night singing and playing guitars. No sound amplification is allowed. Some people chose to stay on the grounds for several days. I used it as a jumping off place each morning to tour different parts of the Tomohon area each day., returning each evening.

Everything shows that the manager is German. Comfortable diving boat, experienced driver. We spent 6 days there and saw wonders under the water. Perfect place for rest, relaxation and diving!
