The price for a night is high but for good reasons. The staff is very courteous and attentive. The whole hotel is clean and nicely decorated. We had an unfortunate incident in our room and we didn't want to make a fuzz about it but the hotel staff were extremely apologetic and did all they could to make us feel comfortable by changing our room (which we did not expect). We truly loved the breakfast as well! So many different options and a nice selection of fruits were included. Dining in the hotel is quite pricey but expected of the place you are staying in. I was especially impressed that during the hi-tea session, my dietary requirements were filled without questions. You can see that they want all of the guests to have a good snack and not to be left out. Also, the hi-tea session had really-really amazing food options in general. I would say it was lavish, exactly as the hotel itself. If you want to enjoy the sea and the waves, the hotel has a little strip of beach that is being constantly cleaned by the staff. Just sit down, relax and look into the abyss of nature.

The resort's exceptional view of the surrounding landscape was breathtaking, and its perfect location made it easy to explore the beautiful town of Kodaikanal. But the cherry on top was the wonderful music and campfire nights, which added a magical touch to our stay. To top it all off, the resort was incredibly affordable, making it an absolute steal! I decided to go here after reading all the amazing reviews about this place, vibe, hospitality and food. And it did not disappoint :) The deers are everywhere!! We opted to go for the bird watching activity and the guide was extremely well versed with all the birds. They also have freshly made jams and pickles for sale. I love the fact that this place felt so homely and they employ the local folk from the nearby village. If you're lucky, you might end up spotting elephants or bears.

Great Trails Yercaud Hotel is like an oasis in the sky. The elevated setting and architecture of this well-maintained complex is enchanting, the photos not doing it justice. I really liked the setout of the room (valley view) and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony above the clouds looking onto the scenery far below. While we skipped dinner, the breakfast and lunch options were tasty - fresh with lots of variety. The dining room was an experience in itself, with views of the valley and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of attention to detail so as to ensure our comfort. The hotel put on many events and were evidently family and dog-friendly with even a special play area for the dogs. We enjoyed the free tiffin in the afternoons at 4pm again with breathtaking views. Overall a really good experience and we would come again.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, Grande Bay Resort and Spa Mamallapuram is located in Mahabalipuram. It is a 5-minute walk from Mahabalipuram Beach. Everything was perfect, and super clean. We used the swimming pool, so relaxing. We had breakfast and lunch, the food is so good. The staff is kind, gentle and available.

Το Chidambaram Villas - A Luxury Heritage Resort βρίσκεται στο Chettinad, σε απόσταση 5χλμ. από το Φρούριο Thirumayam και το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Thirumayam. Phenomenal stay in chidambara vilas. The hospitality was so warm, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant staff took such special care of my daughter's order. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The people and history of this place were just amazing. The banana leaf lunch was the best we had in our India trip!
