Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

APA Hotel Sapporo offers luxurious facilities including a seafood restaurant and a variety of traditional body treatment areas like an Utatane-buro (nap bath) and a Rotenburo Bath (open-air bath). The beds were so comfortable, especially if you’re like me and had been sleeping in bunk beds and capsules before this. As well the amenities were super nice and the onsen is a great perk .

There were no taxis available as we were leaving. A member of the front desk drove us to the train station. That saved us making our train to Hakodate.
