El personal es de lo más amable y cuidan cada detalle con mucho esmero, en nuestro caso, nos atendieron Dhanushan y Dhines y nos ayudaron a organizar bien el ascenso a Sri Pada - Adam's Peak y nos trataron con muchísima amabilidad. Las vistas desde las habitaciones, la terraza y el comedor son maravillosas y la sensación de disfrutar de la piscina observando el lago es de lo más relajante.

Do not assume this is a luxury hotel. A lot is missing for what many people expect. HOWEVER if you like to experience and see Sri Lanka in its absolutely glorious untouched and natural state then this is possibly the only place you should visit. Despite giving it a very average score for facilities and luxuries the staff, the experience and the location make up for it in spades. Come here before Sri Lanka is subjected to the mass tourism that’s in the pipeline. The food is also authentic, plentiful and extremely tasty.

We booked here as part of our Honeymoon. We stayed here for two nights and it was idyllic. Our private bungalow was right on the lakeside with serene views. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax, nestled among acres of tea plantations it is nothing short of amazing. We kayaked on the lake, learned how to pick tea, visited a nearby waterfall and enjoyed delicious food. This resort is exactly like the photos! Ravi, our private butler, was an absolute gentleman. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay.

No tiene que ver mucho con las fotos de booking. Muy caro para lo que es. Está bastante sucio y lleno de mosquitos e insectos. Además pedí un sandwich club para cenar, porque en la zona no había nada, y deja mucho que desear.
