Set right on the beach, Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa offers beach front rooms, a year-round children's pool, relaxation pool and outdoor lap pool. Everything about it is amazing. The staff r professional. Nishanda was amazing and arranged two surprises for us. View on the beach and facility is very good.

This accommodation was truly spectacular. My mom and I stayed for two nights, as we wanted to explore the south beach area of the island and visit different beaches. The place felt more like a personal home than a hotel, with a marvelous location right in front of the beach, a beautiful swimming pool, and a welcoming reception area. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service and even surprising us with complimentary treats like mocktails and delicious ice cream while we relaxed by the pool. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis. The breakfast was spectacular possibly the best we had during our entire 10-day trip in Sri Lanka with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was always immaculate and spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed to meet every requirement. It genuinely felt like being in our own vacation home. We will definitely return if we visit Sri Lanka again and I highly recommend this accommodation .

The property is truly lovely with a small beach right on the reef. The main beach is about a 30 min walk or 5 min ride, but most of the time we were quite happy on the premises. The rooms are spacious and comfortable - I loved the beanbag chair on the balcony for relaxation. The restaurant onsite is a bit slow but very tasty and staff are friendly.

Beautiful place run by the family - former tea plantation which is now becoming a jungle again. The panoramic view from the room was amazing - makes you feel like you are sleeping in the forest and you can spot a lot of wildlife from the bed. Waterfall with natural pools is within the resort. Very good food with massive portions. The trip to the forest was also great - the entrance to reserve is just 2 km away. Everything perfect and worth its price.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The beach access is amazing, and the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Weligama.
